Dear prospective Journey to the Source participants:

You are being advised of an exceptional journey, one that will offer extraordinary experiences. 

Your journey will begin on February 4th for Americans, and on the morning of the February 5th for Europeans arriving in Bangalore on the 6th of February. Two nights in Bangalore. 

The group will go on to Mysore, meeting with Swamiji and Mataji from February 7th to the 13th. These meetings are the rarest opportunity to closely experience two saints who have dedicated their lives to their vedantic spiritual practice. In Mysore we will stay at the beautiful Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre, rated the best in India.

On February 14th, we will depart for Rishikesh, one of India’s most sacred locales. We will visit the Tapkashwara temple, and sit in the place where Sri Shyamji had meetings with his Guruji, from 1948 - 1952. 

The group will go to Delhi on February 19th, for one night at the Aurobindo Ashram, with the Journey concluding on February 21th.

Total cost for this Journey, including air flights within India, is U.S $3,980 (3264 Euros), exempting personal items. 

To secure your registration, please send your non-refundable deposit of $500 (410 Euros) no later than September 1, or pay in full by September 1, $3,780 (3100 Euros), (including a $200 discount). Balance of 2690- Euros is due by December 1.

the finest vedantic saint and scholar,             

98 years of age, will address our questions,

during our seven darshans (visits of blessing).

Mataji, his sister and a living model of Vedantic philosophy

will also offer darshans.

Plan on arriving in Bengalore by early on the 6th morning at the Elanza Hotel, taking an Uber or government prepaid taxi, available after exiting customs.

The group will go on to Mysore, meeting with Swamiji and Mataji from February 7th to the 14th. These meetings are the rarest opportunity to closely experience two saints who have dedicated their lives to their vedantic spiritual practice. Receive extraordinary commentaries on Vedanta with Swamiji. Mataji will present highly practical tools for daily living, through Vedanta. In Mysore, reside at the Indus Valley Ayurvedic Center, a highly respected ayurvedic wellness institute. Organic meals are prepared to balance the tridoshas. Ayurvedic treatments are available by appointment.  

 

The institute's large, air-conditioned rooms, designed according to the principles of Vatsu, will be shared. A few smaller single non-A/C rooms with a ceiling fans are also available by advance request.

On February 14th, we will depart for Rishikesh, one of India’s most sacred locales. We will visit Tapkashwara temple, and sit in the place where Sri Shyamji had meetings with his Guruji.

 

Travel by car to profound spiritual locales, including Vashistha Gufa, the cave where Sri Ramji’s guru did his meditations, and to Devprayag, dating to the time of the Ramayana.

Here we will have a sacred ceremony. After the ceremony we may bathe at this sacred confluence of the eight rivers that melt into the magnificent Ganga. It is said that a sacred bath at this confluence, after preparation with special prayers and offerings, may clear all of one’s past karmas, from all past lives.

Please send your non-refundable deposit of $500 no later than September 4th, or pay in full by September 10th, $3,780, (including a  $200 discount). Those electing to avail of the Ghee Purification, kindly include an additional $800 to secure your place.

Those submitting payments after September 10th, should pay $3,980.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received by Chakra Institute, Inc. in writing 40 days prior to departure for full refund less $1,500 deposit per person; 20 days prior to departure: 50% refund per person after non-refundable deposit of $1,500. No refunds after this date

 

 

 

 

Return to Delhi on February 26th, for one night at the historic Aurobindo Ashram,

with the Journey concluding on February 27th.
