Subjects to be presented include:

- Use of tones & microtones in listening and chanting mantras

- Tools for refinement of hearing

- Major blocks & opening of microchakras

- Special breathing techniques for chanting

- Sounds to cleanse energy pathways (microchakras)

Exclusive:Receive a complimentary recording of a mantra by  Sri Shyamji , specifically designed for this retreat.

Sri Shyamji's unique ability to produce the ethereal element of soorya (golden) akasha with his voice is the key to the powerful changes every participant in the retreat may expect.

The absorption of soorya akasha also purifies apana prana and also helps to integrate the three bodies. Most importantly, it will help in the surrender of the conditioned self.

The beautiful environment of the Chakra Institute's premises and grounds* coupled with the extraordinary space unfolded through the tones and overtones offered by Sri Shyamji,

with the tambura (a handmade gourd instrument), will transport one to other realms of awareness.

Tranquil meditation follows naturally.

This workshop is a rare and extraordinary opportunity to transform and feel well -

Aurvedic dietary protocol:

The retreat's dietary protocol will address allergies, skin problems, headache, joint pain, sore throat, constipation, fatigue, and other health issues.

We experience these symptoms when our lymphatic system is compromised. The ayurvedic winter protocol will help to cleanse the toxins stored in our fat cells, stabilize your mood, and increase mental clarity.

The diet is designed to enhance fat metabolism in the cells. Because fat is a stable fuel, you will experience a sense of calm when you enter the fat metabolism mode. You will have three organic, gluten-free purifying vegetarian meals a day. The diet will be supplemented with cleansing and digestive herbs and supplements. This protocol will help to detox and nourish your lymphatic system.

*Bring your walking shoes, for your exploration of the Center's eleven wooded acres.

December 26-31 - Cost: $990

December 26 - 29 - Cost: $650

Early bird discount 10% off if the full price of retreat paid before November 16th.

About Sri Shyamji

For more than 50 years, Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar has been a spiritual teacher and has guided thousands of students around the world in purification retreats. At age 12, he met his guru, a mendicant in

the Himalayas, and spent several years under his guidance. Since then he dedicates his life to sharing what he learned.

Sri Shyamji discovered and developed a system for understanding microchakras -

the pathways that allow the light of the chakras to reach us enabling a joyful life that is in harmony with the laws of nature. Initiated into the Saivite tradition of Tantra, imparting a rare oral tradition of sacred sounds (naada yoga), breath (svar yoga), and spiritual wisdom, Sri Shyamji is author of Microchakras: InnerTuning for Psychological Well-Being, with co-author David Isaacs, Ph.D. (2009).

Sri Shyamji is the founder of the Chakra Institute located in New Hope, PA.

He is known for his micro-tone chanting that unblocks energy and facilitates listener's experiences in their meditation.

Ravi Shankar, a legendary sitarist, guru of the Beatles, invited Shyamji many times to play tambura to assist in his concerts in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.

Marina Toleva is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC and a Holistic Health counselor.  She is trained and experienced in many different dietary theories. These include eastern and western nutrition as well as health issues specifically related to modern living.

Marina completed a 200-hour Yoga Teachers' Therapy course at the institute of Yoga Sciences & Research, Indore, India. In 2019 she completed the requirements for Biomagnetism Course with Isaac Goiz Duran in Miami, Florida.

Currently she assists Sri Shyamji in Purification retreats and private consultations, providing InnerTuning® massage, nutritional counseling, yoga practices and guidance with InnerTuning.
