Mantra Meditation through
InnerTuning® & MICROChakra Psychology™

Meditation requires an attitude of compassion, contentment and discernment. By experiencing and understanding Microchakra Psychology™ and microchakra grammar, we can experience that we possess seven minds. Each mind relates to a specific chakra that activates our physical, astral and causal bodies.

Nature has provided us with ample energy to facilitate seven chakras and 147 microchakras function. However, due to stress and avidya (ignorance) the channels that transport energy throughout the micro chakras can become blocked. Sri Shyamji teaches us how to utilize this precious energy through chanting mantra and producing sacred sounds to open the microchakras so we can transform our lives and live life fully.

Sri Shyamji has a rare and exceptional gift for producing ethereal sounds, which evoke balanced brainwaves and supports healing. In this series of classes Sri Shyamji will guide us to develop our hearing precisely to absorb surya akasha. We will learn how to draw upon energies from nature and sound which will gradually make the whole body sound sensitive.

When all five elements (earth, water, fire, air and akasha) dissolve in surya akasha, meditation happens naturally.
