taught by the founder Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar, Master of Naada
Yoga
In these classes, Sri Shyamji will
teach students to chant mantra with precise articulation, which is necessary
for it to be effective. When the body becomes sensitive to sound, the
effectiveness of mantra is enhanced many-fold and meditation happens naturally.
In addition to the sound practices of InnerTuning®, participants will be
taught Microchakra Psychology™, the theoretical basis of Shyamji’s
work.
New Hope classes focus each month on
