Daily discourse combines InnerTuning® Sounds and Microchakra Psychology™ theory in a very intimate forum. Students are able to interact directly with Sri Shyamji in a supported group setting. The focus of extended retreats encompasses the traditional Sadhana of dawn meditation. We experience the practical utilization of Svar Yoga (the science of the breath), through synchronization of breath with the lunar cycles at sunrise.

The effectiveness of the sounds is heightened by specific yoga methodologies and light organic meals. Devotional practice designed to balance the brain hemispheres (Aarti) is done at dusk.
