MICROCHAKRA PSYCHOLOGY: THE RIGHT, LEFT and central
channels with Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar, Master
of Naada Yoga, Creator of Microchakra Psychology august 25 - september 2, 2007 Seven major lotuses and two minor lotuses in the
subtle field (sukshma sharira)known as chakras are distributed
along the spinal column. The chakras radiate from a central channel (Siva nadi)
which has two adjacent channels: the right channel (Vajrini) and the left
channel (Chitrini). These three channels together constitute sushumna.
The movement of energy within these three channels is dependent on
the degree of opening of the microchakras (components of the chakras).
Microchakra Psychology explains how microchakras underlie the dynamic
interplay of thought, feeling and action. This understanding, together with
deep experience from intoning mantra and internalizing the senses, forms a
solid ground in the effort to overcome conditioning. In this workshop,
the essence of the microchakras of the right channel shall be summarized. Right
channel openings and blocks develop in the first three years of life. Blocks
make it difficult to recognize conditioned responses later in life or to
overcome them. However, the left channel microchakra openings may overcome the
effects of these blocks. The left channel provides us with unlimited potential
for growth. All seven microchakras of each chakra in the left channel shall be
studied in depth. This will provide the necessary background for our study of
the microchakras in the central channel. The central channel contains
accumulated wisdom from our personal and collective past. It also provides the
energy for psychic abilities which transcend the normal. It is through this
channel that the sacred Kundalini rises to the crown chakra when fully
awakened. We will lay a foundation for understanding the central channel, the
awakening and the premature awakening of Kundalini. This nine day
intensive will be enhanced with light organic vegetarian food , daily
InnerTuning® Yoga, dawn meditations, evening Aarti and ample fresh air in a
beautiful setting. This retreat will rejuvenate both mind and body. Its
inspiring effect will enable a fresh and meaningful approach to life.
