The ROYAL PATH Of The BeggAr
A 5 day or 8 day workshop with Sri Shyamji Bhatnagar, master of Naada Yoga creator of Microchakra Psychology and InnerTuning®
The Royal Path of the Beggar helps us to use our central channel so that we may focus and live in the moment. In order to do this, we must overcome the urges of both the left and right channels: the comfort zone of the left channel and the saboteurs built from blockages in the right channel. This is the most advanced workshop that Shyamji offers.
Sounds, mantras and visualizations used to weaken the saboteurs will be presented.
During the 8 day workshop, the last three days will focus on Naishkarmya Siddhi (Actionless Action or Karma Free Action)--a latent power we all possess. Special sounds and visualizations will be taught.
- On Monday the 27th (the day of the Moon) there will be a Shiva Linga ceremony with flowers
- Each day will conclude with Aarti - an ancient practice with the flame and the bell which balances the hemispheres of the brain
- There will be New Year's Celebration-special Mantra Chanting along with Shyamji on the 31st of December at midnighgt
- Nutrition Class: Eating the foods of the season. Food for energy. Learn about foods that cause stress
- 3 organic meals will be served each day
- Yoga classes with Abigail Boehm
- Watching special videos from the SRI archives.
- Each day there will be ample opportnity for participants to contemplate, take long walks and do Innertuning(R) movements
- Each participant will be offered one Innertuning(R) Facial massage from a trained apprentice
It is preferable that participants read the book MICROCHAKRAS for an in depth understanding of the Right and Left Channels
